Shipping Policy

At Regalioso, we are committed to delivering high-quality, artist-designed products that are made just for you. All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Processing time varies between 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue to customersupport@regalioso.com. We will assess the case and provide a resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items upon review. We do not offer refunds for lost packages if the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If your order is delayed 5 days or more beyond the estimated delivery date, your shipping costs are refundable. You may request a shipping refund by contacting us at customersupport@regalioso.com starting from the 3th day of delay.  

Note:
This policy only applies to shipping delays once your order has been dispatched. It does not cover the production/processing time, which usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately, and cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to customersupport@regalioso.com. If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered by the carrier, we will investigate and determine the next steps.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the buyer. Regalioso is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and every transaction is processed through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted and secure payment gateways.

PayPal uses advanced encryption and fraud protection technology to ensure your personal and financial information is always safe. You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your purchase—you can pay directly with your card through PayPal’s secure checkout.

By using PayPal, we never see or store your payment details on our servers, giving you an extra layer of protection and confidence every time you shop with us.

Use of Freight Forwarders & Couriers

Customers may use freight forwarders or package forwarding services (couriers) to receive their orders. However, once the package is delivered to the forwarding service, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or lost items beyond that point.
