Orders & Shipping
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? No, once your order is placed, it is immediately processed through our print-on-demand provider, Printful. Modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take to receive my order? Processing time takes 2-7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination. Additional customs fees may apply.
Can I use a freight forwarder or courier service (casillero)? Yes! You can use a freight forwarder or package forwarding service to receive your order. However, once the package is delivered to the forwarding service, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
What if my package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it? Check with your local carrier and neighbors. If you still can’t locate the package, contact the carrier directly and then contact us. We usually are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered, but we can review the order and find a solution.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size? Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
What is your return policy? Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is delayed 5 days or more beyond the estimated delivery date, your shipping costs are refundable. You may request a shipping refund by contacting us at billing@regalioso.com starting from the 5th day of delay.
