Regalioso started during one of the hardest moments of our lives.

Everything felt like it was falling apart—careers, routines, our health, even our sense of direction. We were each trying to figure out how to keep going, how to rebuild, how to breathe again. Nothing was clear, but one thing we knew for sure: we needed something meaningful to hold onto.

And in that space—quiet, uncertain, a little messy—an idea started to grow.

We’ve always been the kind of people who love giving gifts. Not just for birthdays or holidays, but because it’s our way of saying “I’m thinking of you.” A candle to bring peace. A small artwork to make someone smile. A gift that actually feels personal. So we thought—why not build a space where that kind of giving could live? A little shop filled with thoughtful, soulful pieces.

We started with artisan goods: soy candles, hand-painted ceramics, illustrations, designs that told stories. We set up a tiny workshop and launched at a local market, full of excitement (and honestly, nerves). At first, we waited for someone to help us build the site. That didn’t work out. So one of us rolled up her sleeves and learned how to build it from scratch—late nights, lots of coffee, trial and error.

We kept going. We figured things out. We adjusted, simplified, and stayed true to what mattered most.

That’s how Regalioso evolved into what it is now: a curated space for custom, made-to-order products designed by independent artists. Everything we make is intentional and sustainable. We use print-on-demand so we don’t waste materials, and we center artists whose work comes straight from the heart.

Regalioso isn’t just a store. It’s the result of starting over, of making something beautiful from a really difficult place. Every product we offer—every phrase, every design, every package—is built on resilience, care, and so much love.
